Privacy Policy

Effective October 9, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the developer of InfiVid (the “Service Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the InfiVid mobile application (the “Application”).

1. Information We Process

Content you provide

When you create a video, the Application processes the text prompt you enter, images you select or capture, and generation settings such as video type, duration, resolution, and aspect ratio. This content is transmitted to our self-hosted video generation service for automated generation and delivery of the requested video. The Application downloads the resulting video to your device for playback, saving, and sharing. Task status and related metadata are processed separately from the video file.

Privacy of generated videos

We do not manually view or review videos you generate, and we do not retain generated video files on our servers. Our self-hosted service automatically processes video data only to generate and deliver the video you request. We do not use third-party AI-generation services. The Application stores downloaded videos locally on your device for playback, saving, and sharing; local storage on your device is separate from server-side retention by us.

Please do not submit content that you do not have the right to use, or sensitive personal information that is not necessary for your request.

Device, app, and network information

When the Application starts or communicates with our services, we may receive:

Account and purchase information

The Application creates an installation identifier and may obtain a signed App Store app transaction identifier to restore the correct service account. If you choose Sign in with Apple or Google, we process the provider user identifier, identity token, and any name or email address the provider returns and you authorize. We use this information to link or restore your InfiVid account across devices.

In-app purchases, subscriptions, and Credits

Apple processes payments for subscriptions and Credit packs through the App Store. The Application uses StoreKit to obtain product information and verify transactions. Purchase-related information processed by the Application includes product identifiers, transaction and original transaction identifiers, the service account identifier and associated purchase account token, signed transaction evidence, subscription entitlement and expiration status, revocation status, and renewal preferences or scheduled subscription changes where available.

When you purchase a Credit pack, the Application sends your InfiVid account identifier and Apple-signed transaction evidence to our service to verify the purchase and fulfill Credits. This also applies when StoreKit delivers a subsequent Credit-pack transaction update. Subscription entitlements are currently verified on your device through StoreKit. When you choose Restore Purchase, the Application requests synchronization with the App Store and refreshes eligible subscription entitlements and your service account information.

Our service maintains your Credit balance and Credit usage or fulfillment records. Purchase-related records can be associated with your InfiVid account so that we can deliver the purchased service and resolve purchase issues. Technical diagnostics may include account and transaction identifiers, product identifiers, verification results, and purchase errors.

We do not receive your full payment-card number, card security code, or Apple Account password through in-app purchases. Apple handles payment information under its own App Store privacy notice.

Attribution information

We use AppsFlyer to measure installs, sessions, campaign attribution, service performance, and product interactions such as page views, generation outcomes, sharing, and downloads. Generation analytics may include categorical settings, image counts, and whether a description was provided, but does not include the description text, selected images, generated video, video URL, or generation task identifier. If you grant tracking permission, AppsFlyer may receive your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) to help us understand which advertisement led you to install the Application. If you decline, iOS does not make the IDFA available and the Application uses the identifier for vendor where an application device identifier is needed. We do not use the IDFA to build an advertising profile, and InfiVid does not display third-party advertising in the current version.

AppsFlyer also receives events for viewing subscription or Credit-purchase screens, selecting a subscription plan or Credit pack, tapping a purchase button, and tapping Restore Purchase. Depending on the event, parameters include the selected product identifier, Credit amount, whether the member catalog is displayed, the purchase-screen variant, and whether this is the first app launch. These interactions help us understand use of purchase features; a purchase-button click does not by itself indicate a completed payment.

The Meta/Facebook SDK is initialized when the Application launches and automatically reports standard app events, such as app activation, for analytics and advertising attribution. Meta may process device and app information, event timestamps, IP address, and the IDFA when you grant tracking permission.

2. Permissions and Device Features

You can change Photos, Camera, and Notifications permissions in iOS Settings. Some related features may be unavailable when permission is denied, but you can continue using features that do not require that permission.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

4. Service Providers and Sharing Destinations

We disclose information only as needed for the purposes above, including to hosting, storage, network-delivery, notification, analytics, and attribution providers acting for us. Video generation is performed by our self-hosted service, rather than a third-party AI-generation provider. We may also disclose information when required by law, to investigate abuse or fraud, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

The Application uses or connects to services that publish their own privacy terms:

For Credit-pack purchase verification and fulfillment, our backend and the hosting and network providers supporting it process the account identifier and signed transaction evidence described above. Apple processes App Store payment and purchase information under its own privacy terms.

Once you choose to send content to another app or service, that third party processes it under its own terms and privacy policy.

5. Local Storage and Retention

The Application stores generation history metadata, downloaded video files, active user identifier, cached App Store app transaction identifier used for account restoration, and optional linked-account presentation data on your device. You can sign out to clear provider session data. Deleting the Application removes ordinary local app data subject to normal iOS behavior; the randomly generated application identifier is stored in the iOS keychain and may remain after reinstalling.

We do not retain generated video files on our servers. Video data is processed automatically by our self-hosted service to generate and deliver your requested video. The Application stores downloaded video files locally on your device so you can play, save, or share them. Submitted prompts and images, task records, device information, and operational logs may be retained by us and the infrastructure providers supporting our service for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain history, protect the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. These records are separate from generated video files, and retention may vary by data type and operational requirement. You may request access to or deletion of data associated with your application identifier by contacting us. We may ask for that identifier or other information needed to locate and verify the relevant records.

Account-associated Credit balances, usage and fulfillment records, and purchase-verification records may be retained as reasonably necessary to deliver purchased services, reconcile transactions, prevent duplicate fulfillment or fraud, meet accounting and legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Where retention is necessary for those purposes, some transaction records may remain after an account-deletion request. Apple retains its own purchase records under its privacy terms; deleting the Application or your InfiVid account does not delete records held by Apple.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You can avoid submitting prompts or images, decline optional permissions, change permissions in iOS Settings, choose not to link Apple or Google login, sign out, avoid direct sharing, or stop further collection by uninstalling the Application. Linked users can request account deletion from Settings; if automated deletion is temporarily unavailable, contact us. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of personal data. We may retain transaction records where required for fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

Deleting your InfiVid account is permanent. You will lose all account data, including generation history and access to account-associated outputs, and all remaining Credits, including purchased Credits and subscription-granted Credits. Signing in again or restoring purchases will not recover the deleted account data or Credit balance. Limited records may be retained where necessary for the purposes described above. Save any outputs you want to keep before deletion.

You can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions through your Apple Account subscription settings. Uninstalling the Application or deleting your InfiVid account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. You must manually cancel any related subscription in iOS Settings under your name > Subscriptions to stop future renewal charges; we recommend cancelling before deleting your account. For requests concerning Apple-held payment or purchase data, use Apple's privacy and support channels. For requests concerning purchase or Credit records held by our service, contact us using the address below; we may need account or transaction information to locate the records and verify your request.

7. Security and International Processing

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. The services used by the Application may process information in countries other than your own, where privacy laws may differ; where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

8. Children

The Application is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the Application, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. A higher minimum age or parental consent may be required in some regions.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Application, our service providers, or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised policy in the Application and update the effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
